These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cheapdirectmail.com and the direct mail printing and mailing services provided by Cheap Direct Mail ("we," "us," or "our"), a service of NextGen Media Solutions, located at 9903 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 366, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Cheap Direct Mail provides direct mail printing and mailing services including Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), targeted list-based mailings, carrier route selection, artwork upload, and campaign management. We act as a print and mail fulfillment provider and work with USPS for delivery of physical mail pieces.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@cheapdirectmail.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are as shown on the platform at the time of order. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. All sales are in US dollars.
Once an order enters production (typically within 1 business day of confirmation), it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you believe an error was made before production begins, contact us immediately at hello@cheapdirectmail.com.
You are solely responsible for all content, images, text, and data you submit for your campaigns. By submitting artwork or mailing lists, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not use our services to send mail that:
All mail pieces must comply with applicable USPS regulations, including size, weight, and content standards. We will make reasonable efforts to flag non-compliant artwork, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with you. We are not liable for mail pieces rejected or delayed by USPS due to content or format issues caused by your submitted materials.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Production timelines begin after artwork approval. Mail delivery is handled by USPS and is subject to their timelines and conditions. We are not responsible for USPS delays, errors, or undeliverable mail resulting from incorrect addresses in your mailing list.
If we make a production error (wrong quantity printed, wrong file used, print defect), we will reprint and reship the affected pieces at no charge. We do not issue refunds for orders where your submitted artwork contained errors, or for undeliverable mail due to bad addresses in your list. All reprint requests must be submitted within 14 days of estimated delivery.
All content on cheapdirectmail.com — including our logo, website design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Cheap Direct Mail and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheap Direct Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheap Direct Mail and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
